B-25J “Betty’s Dream” coming to Dayton, Ohio for 75th Anniversary of the Doolittle Tokyo Raid April 18, 2017. The anniversary event begins April 15-16 at Grimes Field, Champaign Aviation Museum in Urbana, Ohio where “Betty’s Dream” will be on static public display along with other B-25’s arriving for the commemoration. As many as 17 B-25’s from around the country are expected to be present. On Monday April 17, the Mitchell bombers will fly to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB for static public display from 10:00am-4:30pm on and 9:00am-12:00pm on Tuesday April 18. Then the aircraft will perform a flyover of the museum’s Memorial Park and memorial service at 2:30pm on April 18 in remembrance of the 75th Anniversary of the Doolittle Tokyo Raid.
