On July 12th, 2014 the TFLM crew headed to
The Greatest Little Airshow
Wingnuts Flying Circus
in Tarkio, Missouri.
Four TFLM warbirds flew the friendly skies:
- A6M2 Zero “Last Samurai,” flown by Chief Pilot Warren Pietsch
- FG-1D Corsair “Whistling Death,” flown by pilot Doug Rozendaal
- P-51D Mustang “Dakota Kid II,” flown by pilot & mechanic Bernie Vasquez
- TBM-3E Avenger “Avenger 41,” flown by pilot Sam Graves
The Texas Flying Legends had a great time in Tarkio, and we are proud to have been able to participate.
